Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping
Unless you specify otherwise our normal method of shipping is
USPS Priority or UPS ground. After we have received your order
we will contact you with the actual shipping and handling charges
for your order. We ship Monday through Friday, our normal business
days, and normally ship within 48 hours from receipt of your order.
Personalized orders require additional time. We will notify you
of the exact timing when we confirm your order. Every effort has
been made to ensure that your order reaches you undamaged. However,
if damage does occur please retain the original packing material
and call us at 530 877-2900.
Returns
All HeavenScent Candles carry a 100% money back guarantee. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it within 7 days for a refund, exchange or credit. We ask
that customers call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. This number must be included with your return. For any
returned items, except for damaged product, the customer will
be responsible for freight changes and the condition of the returned
items.
In the unlikely event that your HeavenScent product arrives damaged,
we will replace it. Please save the original packaging material
and contact us immediately so that we can make a claim with the
carrier.
